Bright Orange Light Near Huntington, West Virginia

Date: Beginning of June 2010
Time: Around midnight.

I was Googleing to see if anyone else seen what my wife and I did. Bright dull orange light. Low above the tree tops and generous hills above the Ohio river near Huntington WV Point Pleasant area, around midnight. It was very hazy, but not foggy. We watched it cross the river very slowly. No power lines or anything near. Light seemed to not have borders.

We had a perpendicular side view so it was defiantly not a plane light. It nearly seemed to hover about the river. Was a glowing light. No other visible lights on it. No sounds or smoke. It took off very quickly and disappeared. First week of June or so. If you have any leads on a sighting like this, it would be appreciated that you return an email. Important land marks near the sighting are a roller damn 5 miles from sighting. Power plants 20 miles from sighting.
