Intense Orange Amber And Red Flash

Time: Approx: 9:30 p.m.

Hi Brian, the date was Friday 27th 2010, the location was Perth, Scotland, UK. My girlfriend and I were out walking our dogs at around 9:30pm. We noticed a very intense orange/amber orb-like shape approaching through the cloud level. It didn't seem to deviate its course and made no sound. It then suddenly changed its direction and turned left 90 degrees; it then began to pick up speed at an incredible rate - faster than any plane would normally. Just before it was lost from sight, a red flash of light appeared around the object before it disappeared from view.

Never seen anything like before - its movements were unlike anything we've ever seen before.
