Pulsating Orange Object Over Rochelle, Illinois

Shape of Objects: Like a circle or something.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were walking down the bike path, and all of a sudden there it was, cruising along and pulsating orange. The object was moving fast, then it disappeared. It was not a satellite, or an airplane, etc.
