Huge Planet Like UFO Observed

Date: July 24, 2010
Time: Late evening.

Hi ,on Saturday night. July 24 I saw what looked like a gas giant planet, looking east from Victoria British Columbia. I had never seen an object so large and especially with a very bright moon. I had not seen it before and on Sunday, July 25th, 2010 there was no sign of it.

Could you tell me if you have heard from anyone else about this?
